Order Cancellation Policy

This Order Cancellation Policy applies to all orders placed through the online store of easeamira (hereinafter referred to as “we”).

1. Order Cancellation Conditions
   Orders that have not been dispatched within 48 hours after placement may be canceled directly. Orders placed more than 48 hours ago or that have already been dispatched cannot be canceled. After delivery, you may contact us to request a return and refund.

   Please contact our customer service team via email or phone to request cancellation of your order, providing your order number and proof of payment. We will process your request promptly and inform you of the outcome and refund arrangement as soon as it is approved.

3. Refund Process
   Refund Method: Refunds will be returned to the bank card account used at the time of payment.
   Processing Time: Depending on the processing times of banking institutions, refunds are expected to be credited within 1–3 business days. If the refund is delayed, please contact us for assistance.
