This Return & Exchange Policy applies to products sold through the online store of easeamira (referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”). 1. Return & Exchange Period
Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery.

2. Conditions for Return or Exchange
Returns or exchanges may be requested if the product has visible defects or damage, has quality-related issues, has an unusual odour or significant colour discrepancy, does not match the order placed, or if you change your mind within 30 days (provided the item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging).
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us via email or phone and provide your order number, proof of payment, reason for return, and relevant photos or videos if applicable.

Please send the product back as instructed. Once received and inspected, if the product meets the return criteria, a refund will be processed.
A return shipping label is included in the original parcel and may be used for returning the item.
4. Exchange Process
To request an exchange, please contact us with your order details and reason for exchange.
Upon approval, we will provide return instructions. After the returned product is received and inspected, a replacement item will be dispatched within 1–3 business days.
5. Refund Process
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Discover).
Once the returned product is received and approved, refunds are processed promptly. Depending on your financial institution, funds generally appear within 1–3 business days. If you do not receive your refund within this timeframe, please contact us for assistance.
6. Shipping Cost Responsibility
If the return is due to a product fault, defect, misrepresentation, or failure to meet consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, we will cover the return shipping costs.
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including postal or carrier disruptions.
