Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Area
Products offered by easeamira (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us” or “our”) are delivered exclusively within Australia. We currently do not provide international shipping outside Australia.

2. Shipping Fees
For orders with a total value equal to or greater than AUD 110.99 (including AUD 11.99), shipping is free of charge.
For orders below AUD 110.99, a flat shipping fee of AUD 11.99 will be applied.

3. Order Cut-Off Time
Our business hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (AEST/AEDT, depending on daylight saving).
Orders placed before 6:00 PM will begin processing on the same business day. Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed on the next business day. Orders are not processed on weekends or Australian public holidays.

4. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

5. Delivery Time
The estimated delivery timeframe is 5–10 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location within Australia.

6. Shipping Carriers
We work with major Australian carriers, including Australia Post, StarTrack, Aramex Australia, and Sendle.

7. Order Tracking
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number, payment receipt, and shipping details.
You can track your order via the “Order Tracking” page on our website by entering your email address or phone number together with your order number.

8. Liability and Consumer Rights
Damaged or Lost Items: If your item is damaged or lost during transit, we will assist you in resolving the issue in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Order Changes and Cancellations: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
Delivery Address Responsibility: Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details. We are not liable for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

9. Delivery Inspection
Please inspect your parcel upon delivery. If you notice any damage or discrepancies, contact us promptly.
